Bam Margera’s Delco And Chesco Court Cases Scheduled In December
Margera is charged with assaulting his brother In Chesco and disorderly conduct in Delco.

WEST CHESTER, PA —Brandon “Bam” Margera, the former star of MTV’s “Jackass,” is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing on Dec. 12 in the Chester County Justice Center.
Margera, 44, is accused of assaulting his older brother, Jesse, 45, in the family residence, known as "Castle Bam," Pocopson Township, Chester County in April 2023.
Margera is also scheduled on Dec. 20 for a summary trial in Delaware County on charges of disorderly conduct in Radnor Township, in August.

In the Chester County case, Jesse Margera testified at a hearing that Bam Margera started partying with his friends and seemed intoxicated.
“His behavior was frightening and unpredictable,” Jesse Margera testified in his brother’s preliminary hearing in July. “He was screaming. You were not sure if he was going to tell you a funny story or stab you with a whiskey bottle.”

Jesse Margera said his brother hit him eight to 10 times, rupturing his ear.
In the Radnor case, police arrested Margera at 4:30 a.m. after police said they found him intoxicated outside a parking lot at the Radnor Hotel.
Since the two arrests, Margera has been at skateboarding in shows in Florida and New Jersey.
Bam Margera is a professional skateboarder and stuntman. He was popular in the early 2000s as an MTV star “Jackass.” He has written and produced independent films.
Margera, whose real name is Brandon Cole, grew up in West Chester and owns houses in Chester County, one in the borough and a second, known as Castle Bam, in Pocopson Township.
Magera is represented by Michael Van der Veen, a Philadelphia attorney, known for defending former President Donald Trump in his second impeachment trial.
