The flamboyant stuntman and star of MTV's 'Jackass' faces a hearing on charges of assaulting his brother in their Chester County castle.

POCOPSON, PA —Brandon “Bam” Margera, former star of MTV’s “Jackass,” was delayed until July 27 on charges of assaulting his brother, Jesse, in the family residence, known as "Castle Bam" Pocopson Township.

Margera, 43, turned himself in to state police at Avondale on April 27, four days after he was on the run on charges of being involved in a physical fight with his brother, Jesse.
