Recognizing the escalating mental health challenges and rising demand for care within the Chester County community, the Pias were compelled to be part of the solution.
“Community is important,” Nancy Pia said. “Not everyone has the support of a family, and sometimes, the only connection to assistance and care is through the community. LCH provides that.”
In 2022, LCH provided behavioral health services to 1,041 patients in Chester County and the demand for these services continues to rise.

The company is recruiting mental health professionals who are passionate about helping people of all ages and demographics.
“Many of the patients that come to LCH face significant challenges," Nancy Pia said. "The fulfillment you will get from changing someone’s life will be tenfold.”
