The newest business to choose downtown as its home is the Bookstore Bakery, a unique cafe that allows patrons to browse bookshelves while sipping coffee or tea and enjoying various pastries and snacks.
Iced chai and cold brew are among their specialities, and their kitchen features items like Portugese egg tarts and peanut butter cookies, along with regular staples.

The shop is located on 45 W Gay street and is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. every day except Monday.
