Briar Bush Nature Center Summer 2020 Registration Open
Registration is open for members, but nonmembers have to wait until Feb. 24 to register for one of the many summer programs.
ABINGTON, PA — Registration is underway for the Briar Bush Nature Center's 2020 summer camps. Starting Jan. 27 for members, and Feb. 24 for nonmembers, nature lovers can sign kids up for summer camps.
They've got tons of programs for all ages, according to the brochure, linked below. Some are half-day events, some are full day, and one is over several nights.
Kids 2 to 4 can enjoy the All About Animals program, which lasts an hour for five days and lets kids learn all about animals for $65.

Kids 4 to 6 can enjoy such programs as Pond Pals and Playmates, Nests, Holes, and Homes, Scales, Tails, and Slime and many more, all two-and-a-half hour-long events for five days, all for $175.
Kids 6 and 7 have full-day camps available, like Awesome Adaptations, Hunters and Gatherers, Fantastic Beasts at Briar Bush and many more for $345.

Kids 8 and 9 have their own full-day camps available, like Reading the Land, Backyard Builders, Lenape Life and more. They range in cost from $350 to $400.
Kids 10 to 12 will have some more advanced programs, like Outdoor Survival II, Wildlife Biologist, Jedi Camp and more, ranging from $360 to $420.
Finally, kids 11 to 15 are welcome to join the Overnight Camp, which costs $500, and has the kids sleeping at home Monday night and at the camp site from Tuesday to Friday.
