Catalytic Converter Worth $1,000 Nabbed By Night From Car Parked In West Chester
A catalytic converter worth $1,000 was nabbed from a car parked in a S. Matlack Street lot in West Chester, as police seek the culprit.

WEST CHESTER, PA — West Chester Police are looking for someone who nabbed a catalytic converter from a parked car in the Borough and took off in a dark-colored pickup truck.
Police showed up after the theft was found out on Sept. 3. The victim's vehicle had been parked overnight in the parking lot in the 200 block of S. Matlack Street. A catalytic converter worth $1,000 was removed from the parked vehicle. A police report said the theft happened sometime overnight.
The person or persons left the parking lot in a dark-colored, possibly black, GMC pickup truck, the police report said.
