Chesco Man Masturbated, Exposed Genitals In Delco Store: Police
A Birmingham Twp. man was witnessed masturbating inside a Concord Township Wegman's store, Pennsylvania State Police said.
CONCORD TOWNSHIP, PA — A Chester County man has been charged with indecent exposure, stalking, and more crimes after authorities said he exposed his genitals and masturbated in a Delaware County grocery store.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, Thomas Worth, 22, of Birmingham Township, was taken into custody Thursday following an incident on Aug. 21 at the Wegman's grocery store in Concord Township.
Police said Worth went into the store at about 5 p.m. on Aug. 21. He then exposed his genitals and masturbated inside the store, according to a police report.

Shoppers and Wegman's security cameras witnessed the incident, according to police.
Police later identified the man as Worth. He is charged with stalking, indecent exposure, open lewdness, and harassment, the report said.

Worth is being held after failing to post 10 percent of $25,000 bail, the police report said.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 14, court records show.
