Chester Co. Man Had Images Showing Horrific Abuse Of Children: Police
The local man faces numerous charges after police said they found child porn on his phone.
WEST WHITELAND, PA — A Chester County man had a horde of photos and videos depicting the violent sexual abuse of children, according to authorities and a media reports.
Cody Fox, 31, of West Whiteland, was taken into custody on Saturday.
NBC Philadelphia reports that Fox used "easily traceable" social media apps to download the illegal material onto his phone.

The images and photos including victims as young as infants, the report adds. Some of the victims had been taped to be restrained, and even hung upside down, according to authorities.
Fox was booked at Chester County Prison. He has been charged with 21 counts of sexual abuse of children and criminal use of a communication facility.
