WEST CHESTER, PA —Chester County voting precincts do not have the names of voters registered with third parties, officials announced on Election Day morning. The issue impacts all voting locations across the county.

Chester County Voter Services is in the process of sending "supplemental" poll books to all locations. In the meantime, third party voters whose names do not appear in the poll book can vote via provisional ballot at the polling place.

The situation is under investigation. Officials have not said what caused the issue.
