Chester County Farm Tractor Crash Is Under Investigation
A passenger in farm tractor crash on Limestone Road in Cochranville sustained serious leg injuries, state police report.

COCHRANVILLE — A passenger in a farm tractor carrying hay sustained serious injuries this morning after being pinned under the farm tractor in a crash in the southbound lane of Limestone Road, state police said.
According to Trooper Kevin S. Kochka, state police spokesman at Avondale-based Troop J:
A commercial vehicle collided with a farm tractor at 9:18 a.m. in the southbound lane of Limestone Road, north of Gum Tree Road, south of Coatesville in rural Chester County.

The victim, who was not identified, was flown to Reading Hospital, where he is being treated for leg injuries.
The operator of the farm tractor was taken to AI DuPont Hospital for an evaluation of minor injuries.

The driver of the commercial vehicle was uninjured.
All individuals are cooperating with the investigation.
