Chester County Hospital Receive Grade A

The 309-bed hospital is recognized for excellence in a safety by Leapfrog, a Washington D.C.-based healthcare data research nonprofit.

WEST CHESTER, PA — Chester County Hospital has been awarded an “A” in the Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade for fall 2022.

The national distinction recognizes Chester County Hospital’s achievements in protecting patients from preventable harm and error in the hospital.

Leapfrog is a Washington D.C.-based healthcare data research nonprofit that provides grades in the spring and fall.

Chester County Hospital also recieved a grade A in the fall.

“This recognition is a result of the hard work of the hospital’s care teams, medical staff and nurses each day,"Michael Duncan, president and CEO of the hospital, said in a statement. " Their commitment to providing safe and compassionate care to our community is admirable, and I could not be prouder of their dedication.”
