Milowicki’s approach was described as “calculating” in targeting his victims, Hogan said.

In the case of the latest victim, Milowicki lured her using the Internet to a location where he knew he would have her alone, according to the DA.

He allegedly told her he was offering her a modeling job and that there would be a photo shoot.

The incident took place on September 4, 2014.

“His predatory behavior coupled with how he presented himself as a DJ and photographer allowed him to target vulnerable young women,” Hogan said.

Law enforcement remain concerned that Milowicki could have assaulted other victims.

“We encourage anyone with information to come forward and to contact the police. We are not going to stop investigating until justice is done for the victims and to the defendant.”

Anyone with further information should contact Trooper Lori Edgar at 610-486-6280.
