Chester County Principal Dies Suddenly at 41

A memorial service is planned for Wednesday in West Chester for a beloved middle school principal.

 

A memorial service for Anthony Mallozzi of Exton is planned for Wednesday in West Chester.

Mallozzi, 41, died suddenly at home last Wednesday, according to an obituary on the Donahue Funeral Home website. No details about his death were posted.

According to the obituary, Mallozzi was the principal of South Brandywine Middle School in the Coatesville Area School District where he had just finished his second year in the job.

"As the former Assistant Principal at Coatesville High School and current Head Principal at South Brandywine Middle School, Tony impacted the lives of many community members. Outside of his career, Tony raised two beautiful daughters with his wife Shelly and exercised humor in every aspect of his life. He was extremely passionate, loyal and loving to the people who knew him."

A memorial service is planned for Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester where friends may call from 5:00-7:30 p.m..
