Student Stabbed At Coatesville Senior HS: Reports

The incident reportedly occurred amidst a fight at the school.

CHESTER COUNTY — A Coatesville Area Senior High School student was stabbed early this morning after a fight broke out at the school, according to an ABC Action News report.

School officials confirmed a fight broke out at 7:30 a.m. at the school, 1145 E. Lincoln Highway.

Caln Township police responded to the call and are still on the scene collecting information.

The student was taken to Paoli Hospital for treatment. The victim's condition was unavailable.

School officials said the school is on restrictive movement, which means no one can leave the school grounds without an escort.

The superintent's office confirmed that all of the parents have been notified.
