Cocaine Dealer Was Under Investigation Before Charged: Police
West Chester police had been investigating Dellis Hernandez since 2019 and on Friday he was charged with drug-related felonies.

WEST CHESTER, PA — A West Chester man accused of dealing drugs in the borough after a police investigation has posted $75,000 in bail and will return to court late in June to face multiple felony charges.
West Chester Police reported the department has been investigating since May 2019 the sale of cocaine by Dellis Hernandez, 39, of West Chester.
As a result of evidence gathered in the investigation, police prepared to charge Hernandez with Delivery of Cocaine.

On May 21, Hernandez turned himself in at District Court 15-1-01, West Chester police reported this week.
Hernandez is charged with five felony counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, five misdemeanor counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, five felony counts of Criminal Use of a Communication Facility, and five misdemeanor counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, according to police reports.

Hernandez was arraigned at District Court 15-1-01 on May 21. He was released after posting $75,000 bail, according to court documents.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 25, according to court records.
