Route 100 Reopens After 10-Vehicle Crash In West Whiteland (Update)
Police reported a 10-vehicle crash at 1:45 p.m. in the northbound lane of Route 100, West Whiteland, according to emergency officials.

WEST WHITELAND, PA —A 10-vehicle crash that caused a massive traffic backup for about five hours Thursday on Route 100 and the Route 30 Bypass in Exton, has been cleared, according to police.
Scott Pezick, a West Whiteland detective, warned motorists early Thursday afternoon to avoid driving on Route 100 and surrounding roads.
Pezick said one individual was taken to a nearby hospital.

Police and PennDOT were at the scene for several hours.
