Credit Cards Nabbed From Purse In Restaurant: West Chester Police
Warrants have been issued for 2 suspects police allege stole credit cards from a woman's purse in a restaurant and fled in West Chester.
WEST CHESTER, PA — Two men are suspected of nabbing credit cards from a diner's purse and dashing out with the property, according to West Chester Borough Police.
According to a police report, Mark C. Robinson, 49, was with another suspect, Daman Alexander Waller, 50, on July 17 when they entered a restaurant and stole credit cards from the purse of a woman dining there. The pair then fled from the restaurant, police reported.
West Chester Police said they have identified both Robinson and Waller as the two suspects involved in the crime and have filed separate warrants in Chester County District Court 15-1-01 for charges of robbery, theft, receiving stolen property, and conspiracy.

Charges against both Waller and Robinson appear in Chester County Court documents but are listed as inactive.
