Chester County District Attorney Deb Ryan said, "What started as an ordinary day for the Coatesville community dramatically evolved into a life-threatening situation because of the defendant's criminal conduct. So many things could have happened because of the bullets the defendant fired, and we are fortunate no one was killed or injured. The defendant will be held accountable in a court of law for his utter disregard of life."

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 31.
