Woman Drove Drunk On Halloween With Child: East Goshen Police
A 41-year-old woman crashed into a parked car with an unrestrained child in the vehicle, police said.
WEST CHESTER — A 41-year-old West Chester woman was arrested Monday night on charges of leaving a child unrestrained in her car while driving drunk and crashing into a parked vehicle on Balwin Drive, East Goshen Township, police said.
Allison Vaughn is free on $50,000 bail after being arraigned before District Judge Mackenzie W. Smith in West Chester on charges of reckless endangering another person, endangering the welfare of a child, and drunken driving.

- At 6:30 p.m, police responded to a call for an erratic driver swerving and speeding.
- Police found Vaughn’s vehicle crashed into a parked vehicle with a small child in the back seat.
