Flash Flood Warning Issued In West Chester
Powerful storms are sweeping through the region Friday.

WEST CHESTER, PA — A flash flood warning has been issued in the West Chester area as severe thunderstorms and heavy rain hit the region, the National Weather Service announced.
The warning covers West Chester, Coatesville, and Downingtown.
It's in place until 3:45 p.m.
