Fleeing West Chester Police Ends In Arrest Of Delaware Man
Najae Paris Tori Thomas is in Chester County Prison awaiting trial on charges of escaping and resisting arrest.

WEST CHESTER, PA —A 23-year-old Delaware man waived a preliminary hearing Tuesday on charges of fleeing from police who were attempting to arrest him on a Philadelphia arrest warrant.
Najae Paris Tori Thomas is in Chester County Prison Wednesday in lieu of $10,000 on charges of escape and resisting arrest.
Police said that Thomas fled on foot and resisted multiple police officers at 9:40 p.m. in the 500 block of East Miner Street.

Following a chase, officers subdued Thomas and he was arraigned before District Judge Marc J. Lieberman.
Thomas is also awaiting trial in Montgomery County Court on weapon offenses and traffic violations, according to court records.
