Former EMS Chief Faces New Charges Of Filming Girls In Morgantown
New charges were filed Tuesday against the former chief of the Elverson-Honeybrook Area EMS who was arrested last month.
HONEY BROOK, PA —New charges were filed by police against the former chief of the Elverson-Honey Brook Area EMS for secretly recording at two women in his Morgantown home, officials said Wednesday.
A forensic examination revealed that Jason McCully also used a hidden camera in the bathroom in his home to record two women, including a juvenile, police said.
Jason McCully, 39, is was initially accused of using a hidden camera to record women, some of whom were underage in the bathroom of the EMS building, between Oct. 26, 2021, and May, 24, 2022.

Elverson-Honey Brook EMS serves 13 municipalities in Chester, Berks and Lancaster counties.
EMS officials posted on Facebook on Tuesday that McCully was suspended from his post and faces potential termination following disposition of the case.

McCully is in Berks County Prison in lieu of $250,000 awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges of sexual abuse of children, possession child pornography, illegally possession a device for intercepting communications and related charges.
The emergency services is headquartered at at 4458 Main St., Caernarvon Township, Berks County, which borders northern Chester County.
According to Berks County prosecutors:
- On Tuesday, May 24, 2022, the Caernarvon Township Police Department responded to the ambulance service building on a report of a hidden camera that was discovered inside the women’s restroom.
- Police found a small camera concealed within a toiletry bag that was positioned on the bathroom sink.
- McCully, who at that time was the chief, acknowledged that the bag belonged to him.
- The Berks County detectives forensic services unit examined the device and found numerous video and digital files of females in various stages of undress/nudity.
- None of the victims had prior knowledge that they were being audio/video recorded. Two of these victims were juveniles.
- A forensic analysis of the suspect’s home resulted in additional pictures of three more victims utilizing the women’s restroom
The investigation is ongoing.
