Gunman Arrested For Threats In West Chester Garage: Police
Nomanullah Syed is awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges of threatening others with a gun in a West Chester parking lot.

WEST CHESTER, PA - A 30-year-old King of Prussia man has been charged with threatening people with a firearm in the Bicentennial parking garage, 20 S. High St., West Chester, police reported Monday.
Nomanullah Syed is free on $10,000 bail awaiting a preliminary hearing after being arraigned before District Judge Marc Lieberman on charges of making terrorist threats, endangering the lives of others, and possessing instruments of crime.
West Chester Police officers said when they were breaking up an unruly crowd at High and Gay streets at 2 a.m. Sunday, March 19, when several individuals reported a gunman was in the parking garage threatening people.
