WEST GOSHEN TOWNSHIP, PA — A hazardous materials incident with EMS response that was still reported as ongoing at 10:20 Tuesday morning was a vapor leak reported by Energy Transfer at the Boot Road pumping station, according to Chester County Department of Emergency Services.

The Tuesday morning update on Chesco's Emergency Services report said the hazardous materials incident was on northbound Rt. 202 to Boot Road in West Goshen Township and added that fire crews had responded.
