CHESTER COUNTY — Looking for a new holiday experience?

Herr's Annual Christmas Lights Display is a free drive-through experience with over 600,000 lights and whimsical displays at Herr's Company headquarters in Nottingham.

Family-owned Herr Foods Inc., a Chester County-based snack company, is the largest family-owned snack company in the United States.

The lights are turned on from dusk until 6 a.m. daily, seven days a week. The display is drive-though only.

The trip has become a tradition attracting over 9,000 cars each year. The exhibit takes six weeks to set up.

Approximately 99% of the lights used are LED lights, which use 80–90% less energy than incandescent lights.

It takes almost 220 sets of lights to cover “Big Blue,” a 90-foot tree display, located along Route 272

Visitors are asked to remain in their cars as they experience the drive-through holiday light display for everyone’s safety.
