Illegal Weapon Offense In West Chester Result In Arrest

WEST CHESTER, PA —A 24-year-old Philadelphia man is in Chester County Prison Tuesday in lieu of $15,000 bail on a charge of carrying a gun without a license in the borough.

Kenneth Ellison was arrested at 12:30 p.m. Sunday for possessing a loaded weapon without a license in his vehicle when he was stopped in the 200 block of South High Street.

Lily Lee, 40, of Broomall was arrested on a charge of drunken driving after her car was disabled on Saturday at 10:24 p.m. in the 100 block of Wilmont Mews.

Lee was taken into custody and processed at the West Chester police department. She was later released in a summons on a charge of drunken driving.
