Immaculata University to Host Multiple Undergraduate Nursing Information Sessions

This two-hour undergraduate nursing information session begins at 9 a.m. and is for high school and college transfer students interested in studying nursing. The information session will provide an overview of Immaculata’s nursing program, including discussions about clinical experiences and the admissions process. Nursing faculty members will be available to answer questions and guests can take an optional campus tour.

The two-hour accelerated, second-degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program information session begins at 11 a.m. and is for college graduates interested in earning a second bachelor’s degree in nursing in an accelerated time frame (as few as 15 months). Immaculata’s accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program is full time, and graduates are eligible to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN).

There will be another ABSN information session, held virtually, from 6 to 8 p.m. on Nov. 19.

Immaculata University provides an award-winning holistic nursing education, and graduates have a strong track record of success in becoming registered nurses and finding jobs. Immaculata’s nursing students achieved a remarkable 94.29% first-time pass rate on the NCLEX in the 2023-24 academic year, the most recent year for which data is available. For comparison, the national NCLEX pass rate was 90.16%.
