Indecent Exposure Case Needs Help From West Chester Neighbors

WEST CHESTER, PA — Police in West Chester Borough need help identifying a man caught on surveillance video walking naked on a sidewalk in the 100 block of Lacy Street.

The video was recorded on Aug. 24 at 12:30 a.m.

West Chester Police Department last night posted the surveillance video on social media, with a request for assistance in identifying the man, who is about 5'8" tall and in his late 20's or early 30's, walking in the upper half of the video's split view.

The man is a suspect for indecent exposure, police said.
