Internet Remains Down At Chester County Libraries
All 18 of the county's libraries have been experiencing major network issues for days.
WEST CHESTER, PA — All 18 of Chester County's libraries are without Internet services as major network issues continue to impact the county library system's entire network.
The network problems are impacting phone and email services as well, meaning that the library has been unable to notify its patrons of the issues via traditional means.
The cause of the issues is not yet known.

"Communications may be limited—thanks for your patience as we work to restore service soon," the library shared in a statement.
Issues first arose on Sept. 16. The library apologized for inconveniences but was unable to provide an estimated return to normal services.
