Jumping On Cars In West Chester Lot Results In Man's Arrest: Police
Daniel Diandrea-Clifford is accused of jumping on the roofs of vehicles parked in County Justice Center lot.

WEST CHESTER, PA — A 24-year-old West Chester man was arrested on charges of jumping off the roofs of cars in the Justice Center parking garage at 220 W. Market St.
Daniel Diandrea-Clifford is free on $10,000 bail Monday awaiting a preliminary hearing in charges of criminal mischief and public drunkenness.
Police said the suspect was jumping on cars at 1:30 a.m. June 4 in the garage across the street from the Chester County Justice Center.

Also arrested:
- Juan Gacia, 24, of West Chester, was arrested on July 22 at 8 p.m. in the 100 block of Lacey Street on a charge of drunken driving.
- Briana M. Brems, 25, Gilbersville, was arrested on July 23 on charges of drunken driving and related traffic offenses. Police said Brems was driving under the influence of alcohol when she was in an accident at 12:53 a.m. on Routes 422 and 100.
