Man Behind Bars On Child Sexual Assault In West Chester
Porfirio Varela was arrested on Sept. 29 on charges of aggravated indecent assault and corrupting a minor.
WEST CHESTER, PA —A 32-year-old West Chester man is in Chester County Prison is Wednesday in lieu of $75,000 bail accused of sexually assaulting a child.
Porfirio Varela was arraigned Friday, Sept. 29 before District Justice Marc J. Liberman on charges of aggravated indecent assault of a child and corrupting minors.
Police said on Aug. 31 a minor reported a sexual assault by someone known to the victim.
