WESTTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — An elderly man with dementia has gone missing from his home in Westtown Township, police said.
Stephen “Fred” Spencer, 70, does not know he lives in the West Chester area because of his dementia, police said.
He was last seen at his home in the Chesterfield development on Wednesday, Sept. 24.

Police said he may also have been walking southbound on Route 352 at around 5:30 p.m.
He is about 6 feet tall and has white hair.
