Man With Gun In Photos Suspected In West Chester Gunfire Incident

West Chester Police are looking for a man suspected of firing gunshots in an incident on Gay Street early Monday morning.

WEST CHESTER, PA — Police have released photos of a suspect after multiple shots were fired around 2 a.m. Monday morning in West Chester Borough.

On Monday about 1:55 a.m. the West Chester Borough Police Department received a report that shots had been fired in the 50 block of W. Gay Street. When officers arrived they found several bullet casings, but there were no suspects, a police report said.

No one was injured in the reported gunfire, police said.

On Tuesday West Chester Borough Police reported they are working to identify a person shown in photos, in connection to the incident. The man in the photos can be seen holding a gun in his hand on the sidewalk, police said.
