Oxford Man Will Serve Long Sentence For Sexual Abuse Of Boys
An Oxford man was sentenced in Chester County court this week to 22-74 years in prison for the sexual abuse of three boys.

OXFORD, PA — An Oxford man found guilty last August of charges related to three boys he sexually abused was handed a hefty decades-long prison sentence in Chester County court this week.
Robert Caesar, 58, of Oxford, was sentenced to 22 to 74 years in prison after a jury in August 2020 found him guilty of charges related to the sexual abuse of three boys, all between 11 and 14 years of age.
A report from the Chester County District Attorney's Office said the boys worked on Caesar’s property from 2016 to 2017. He befriended them and, in separate instances, offered to wash their clothes, supplied them with alcohol, and sexually assaulted them, according to the report.

Caesar was convicted of statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with minors, and related offenses, according to court documents.
Chester County District Attorney Deb Ryan said, “Were it not for the courage of these three boys, this defendant might not have been brought to justice. Their bravery to disclose what had been done to them is undeniable. I hope that other sexual abuse victims find strength from the example of these three victims to come forward.”
