"Many Chester County residents have been hard hit by this pandemic and are in need of support and assistance, particularly as we head into the winter months," Otten said.
In ordinary times, Otten's office is a designated location for constituents to find information on local resources, but the usual open-door has had to be adjusted.

"Since we are not able to gather in person right now, we wanted to provide a safe, virtual space for our neighbors to ask questions, share concerns, and find information to help them through these challenging times,” she added.
The event will be livestreamed through Otten's website, www.RepDanielle.com.
