Pedestrian Struck In West Chester

Police are searching for a suspect who struck a pedestrian on Saturday at West Rodale and South Church streets.

WEST CHESTER, PA —Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident that occurred at 6:46 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of West Rosedale and South Church streets.

Police said the striking is believed to be a white in color Nissan Altima or Nissan Sentra with an unknown registration, operated by a white male in his 20s with scruffy facial hair and brown curly hair.

The pedestrian was treated in Paoli Hospital for minor injuries, police said.

As a result of the accident, the vehicle sustained passenger-side body damage as well as a broken windshield.
