Police Log: Chester County Arrests

WEST CHESTER, PA — A Lebanon County man was arrested Thursday on charges of driving a stolen vehicle in the 1300 block of West Chester Pike, West Goshen Township.

Michael J. Perry of Palmyra is in Chester County Prison in lieu of $15,000 on charges of receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Also arrested were:

• Shannon M. Hurley, 52, of West Chester is free on $15,000 bail after being arraigned on charges of assaulting an officer, resisting arrest, and related charges in East Goshen Township. Police said Hurley assaulted two victims and an officer on July 18 in the 1400 block of Morstein Road, East Goshen, according to Westtown-East Goshen Regional police.
• Megan L. Hickey, 32, address unavailable, was arrested on July 17 on charges of drunken driving, possessing a controlled substance and related offenses after she was involved in a crash on Route 30 in Exton, according to West Whiteland police.
• Christian Lopez-Orozco, 22, of Avondale is free on nominal bail after being arrested on July 16 in the 100 block of South Frankin Street, West Chester, on drunken driving and related traffic violations.
