Police Log: Suspects Arrested In Chester County

CHESTER COUNTY, PA —-Police in Chester County arrested these suspects this week:

• Juan Rivera, 19, of West Chester, is in Chester County Prison in lieu of $75,000 on charges of intending to deliver controlled substances and purchasing alcohol as a minor. Police said Rivera had numerous illegal controlled substances on Sept. 9 in the 600 block of South High St.
• Justin Hadfield, 41, of West Chester, is free on nominal bail on charges of possessing controlled substances, public drunkenness and related offenses. Police said he was found sleeping on a loading dock on Sept. 6 in the 400 block of West Market Street.
• Devon DeJesus, 20, of Parkesburg, is in Chester County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail on simple assault and related offenses. Police said he created a disturbance on Sept. 8 in the 700 block of Fourth Avenue, Parkesburg.
• Esneraksa Montoya, 23, of Orlando, Fla., is free on nominal bail on a charge of retail theft. Police said she was shoplifting on Sept. 11 at Kohls in Exton.
