WEST CHESTER, PA— State Rep. Chris Pielli, a Chester County Democrat, Monday presented a check for $25,000 to Justice Rain Inc., a West Chester nonprofit that provides addiction and mental health services.

Justice Rain will use the funds for its housing and addiction rehabilitation center, Havilah House, 113 S. Adams St.

“This is state government at work helping neighbors who are trying to help themselves and lead productive lives within our community,” Pielli said. “Organizations that help others, especially at the local level, need all the support they can get."
