Revival Pizza Pub To Open In Chester Springs

CHESTER SPRINGS, PA — Revival Pizza Pub is the newest Stove & Co. restaurant opening, with a name that gives a nod to the joy of going out to eat again.

Follow the recent grand opening of Stove and Tap West Chester just weeks ago, Stove & Co. Restaurant Group will open Revival Pizza Pub in Chester Springs in April or May.

For Co-owner Justin Weathers and Co-owner and Chef Joe Monnich, the duo behind Al Pastor in Exton and Stove & Tap in Lansdale, Malvern, and West Chester, Revival Pizza Pub will be their sixth restaurant. The new concept is in partnership with Hankin Group, to open at 240 Windgate Drive in Weatherstone Town Center.

Revival Pizza Pub will be a Modern American Restaurant offering a variety of appetizers, salads, pizzas, sandwiches, and large plates using fresh and local ingredients with a fun, family-friendly atmosphere in Weatherstone Town Center.

Weathers said, “The timing of the opening of Revival is a time where we will all relish in the rebuilding of post-pandemic dining. This will be the Revival of dining out after a year of having to do things very differently. We call it a Pizza Pub because we want everyone to know that there is going to be a very real bar scene here.”

Revival Pizza will be open seven days a week, serving lunch and dinner daily with brunch on Sunday. The venue will feature happy hour and live music, Stove & Co. said. A full bar will feature craft cocktails, drafts, and natural wines with outdoor dining in the spring and summer months.

The 6,700-square-foot space will feature modern vibes, lush greenery, natural light through oversize windows, and expansive outdoor cafe seating. The dining room will feature a 40-foot-long L-shaped bar made from reclaimed aluminum and poured concrete. The layout will also feature semi-private party dining spaces for special events, Stove & Co. said.
