Sedona Taphouse Now Open In West Chester

WEST CHESTER, PA — The newest Sedona Taphouse went to full business hours this week, as the West Chester location opened for business Tuesday and today is its first "Wine Down Wednesday."

The restaurant at 44 W. Gay Street touts its "made from scratch menu inspired by Southwest cuisine featuring hand-cut steaks, sustainable seafood selections, and signature house specialties."

Wine Down Wednesday means customers get half off the price of bottles of wine every Wednesday, except for Reserve bottles. Reserve bottles ordered get $20 off.

With 15 locations — six of them in Virginia — Sedona Taphouse has been in Phoenixville for two years and now has expanded to West Chester. The West Chester location is a notable space designed by Paoli architectural firm Architetra, who also designed the Phoenixville store in 2019.

The dining space includes patio dining and a menu with items you might expect in a "southwest" style restaurant, like guacamole and stuffed "desert fire jalapenos," but with much more, like pasta dishes and a wood-grilled section of steak and other choices.

The restaurant is open Monday through Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and on Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday hours are 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Sedona Taphouse held a grand opening and charity night on April 19 in West Chester, partnering with the HEADstrong Foundation to support the Charlotte Grace Fund in assisting families facing pediatric cancers.

Sedona Taphouse has donated more than $1 million to charities, mostly through its "Dine Out for Charity" program.

"As a good steward of our local communities, we believe in giving back to those who support our business," the company website states.

Also in focus at Sedona Taphouse is the Tunnel to Towers Foundation that honors first responders. Throughout 2021, $1 will be donated for every T2T Lemon Basil Martini sold.
