HARRISBURG, PA — State Rep. Melissa Shusterman (D-Chester/Montgomery) was elected by her peers to serve as third vice chair to the Pennsylvania House Democratic Caucus' Southeast Delegation.

The Southeast Delegation is the Pennsylvania House's largest delegation, comprising legislators from Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Berks, Lancaster, York and Dauphin counties. The delegation's leadership structure is divided into two levels with vice chairs who serve the entire delegation and regional vice chairs who are responsible for their geographical area.

"I'm honored to be a vice chair for the Southeast Delegation. I look forward to working with my colleagues throughout the southeastern corner of the commonwealth and lifting up the voices of fellow community members as I take on this leadership position," Shusterman said Monday.
