Small Plane Crash In West Goshen Wednesday: Update
The student pilot was performing a pre-flight inspection when the aircraft fell into a ditch, police said.

WEST GOSHEN, PA —A single-engine aircraft crashed into a ditch at the Brandywine Regional Airport in the 1200 block of Ward Street in West Goshen Township, police said.
The student pilot, who was not identified, was performing a pre-flight inspection when the engine started and the Single Sling II Light Support Aircraft advanced forward and down a 50 to 60-foot embankment.
The student pilot was taken to Paoli Hospital to be treated for facial cuts. A condition has not yet been reported.

At 8:50 a.m. Goshen Fire and Ambulance were dispatched to Brandywine Airport.
Fire crews said all aircraft equipment was shut down and no fuel leakage occurred.
