Spitting At State Trooper Results In Man's Arrest In Chester County
A 52-year-old man was charged with spitting in a state trooper's face at the scene of a domestic violence incident in West Grove.

CHESTER COUNTY, PA — A 52-year-old southern Chester County man was arrested on charges of spitting in the face of a state Trooper who was arresting him in a domestic incident in London Grove Township.
Andrue Weber of West Grove is free on $25,000 bail awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges of aggravated assault of a police officer, terrorist threats, engaging in fighting and related charges. He was arraigned before District Judge Martin G. Goch.

- On Friday, Feb. 10, police responded to domestic violence call from a victim who said Weber shoved her into a washing machine. The trooper said Weber would be cited for harassment and left.
- An hour later, the victim reported Weber was threatening to kill her.
- The trooper returned. Weber was in the backseat of the trooper's vehicle as the trooper was obtaining information on his computer.
- Weber then spat in the trooper’s face and eyes. A spit sock was then placed on Weber’s head.
