Stalking Results In Man Extradited To Chester County: Police
A 33-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested 0n charges of stalking and harassment in Westtown.
WEST CHESTER, PA —A 33-year-old Philadelphia man was extradited from New Jersey to Chester County to face charges of stalking and harassment in Westtown, police said Wednesday.
Sean Higgins is free on $7,500 bail after being arraigned Monday on stalking and harassment charges filed by the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police.
A warrant was issued for Higgins' arrest Higgins refused to turn himself in to police following multiple complaints from a victim about Higgins stalking the victim on Aug. 21.
