State police in Chesco Search For Suspect in Gun Theft

State police in Embreville also responded to drunken driving, false alarm and trespassing incidents.

EMBREVILLE, PA — State police at Embreeville are investigating a report of a Black Smith and Wesson firearm stolen Nov. 26 from a residence on Horseshoe Pike, Honey Brook Township.

Embreeville police also reported:

  • A burglar alarm went off at 2:43 a.m. on Nov. 27 at a business on Pottstown Pike, South Coventry Township. When police arrived they observed the front door was damaged by a suspect using a hammer. Three suspects wearing black were discovered on video surveillance.
  • An alarm was activated several times on Nov. 26 at Wimpy and Dee’s Diner. Horseshoe Pike, Honeybrook. A Citation was issued to the owner of the business.
  • A 28-year-old Coatesville woman was cited for simple trespassing for entering the turkey Hill in Honey Brook after being told to leave by an employee on Dec. 11.
  • A 69-year-old Coatesville man was arrested on Oct. 10 on a charge of drunken driving during an Oct. 10 traffic stop on Fishervile Road, Calan Township.
