Stealing A Package Land 59-year-old West Chester Man In Jail: Police

WEST CHESTER, PA A 59-year-old West Chester man was arrested Tuesday on charges of stealing a package outside of a residence in the 400 block of North New Street.

Todd Spriggs is in Chester County Prison in lieu of $5,000 after being arraigned before Judge Marc J. Lieberman on a theft charge.

Police said they identified Spriggs on a RING security camera removing a package from the residence at 12:23 p.m. on March 3.
