The good news: the West Chester borough Halloween parade is happening this Wednesday at 7 p.m. (Thursday in case of rain).
The bad news: several roads in town are going to be closed as a result of the parade.
The following roads around town will be closed between 5 and 9 p.m. on the day of the parade, according to the borough’s website:

- Market Street from Matlack Street to New Street
- Darlington Street from Gay Street to Market Street
- Church Street from Gay Street to Market Street
- High St from Chestnut Street to Market Street
- Walnut Street from Prescott Alley to Market Street
