Thorton Man Accused Of Street Fighting In West Chester

WEST CHESTER, PA Police said a 23-year-old Delaware County man was fighting on Nov. 4 in downtown West Chester in front of a bank on High Street.,

Joshua Lagal of Thorton is in Chester County Prison Monday on $20,000 bail on charges of aggravated assault and public drunkenness.

Police said Lagal also assaulted a police officer when he was in the borough's police station.
