Social Media Post Results In Arrest Of Coatesville Man: Cops

West Chester police also arrest suspects on charges of drunken driving, possessing a weapon without a license, and more.

WEST CHESTER, PA —A 22-year-old Coatesville man was arrested on charges of sending messages on social media in November of 2021 threatening to harm a victim and her family.

West Chester police arrested Naseem L. Rodriguez on June 15 on a warrant issued on Nov. 11, 2021, on charges of making terrorist threats and harassment. He is free on $5,000 bail awaiting a preliminary hearing.

  • Daquesha Grove, 32, of Downingtown, is free on $15,000 bail awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges of driving under the influence of controlled substances and intending to deliver cocaine, marijuana, Alprazolam, and Onycodone. Police said the charges stem from a traffic stop on May 11 at the intersection of Bolmar and Union streets.
  • Thomas C. Flenner, 26, of Drumore, Lancaster County, is free on nominal bail after being arrested on a charge of possessing a controlled substance and a traffic violation, Flenner has over four ounces of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop 2:38 a.m. Sunday, June 18 in the 200 block of East Market Street.
  • Richard Spade, 59, of New Holland, Lancaster County, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. June 10 on a charge of drunken driving in the 300 block of East Market Street. Police said he has a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent. Under Pennsylvania law, a suspect is considered intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent.
  • Chiquta Reed, 32, of Philadelphia, was arrested on a charge of carrying a weapon without a license on June 12 at 11:07 p.m. during a vehicle stop in the 600 block of East MarketStreet.
  • Mya C. Jennings, 19, of West Chester was arrested on June 9 on a charge of possessing a controlled substance during a DUI checkpoint in the 600 block of East Market Street
